Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These terms govern access to MyDepot: the website at app.MyDepot.it, the web application, the MyDepot command-line tool, the HTTP API, and the MCP endpoint. Please read them before creating an account.
1. Who provides the service
MyDepot is provided by Antonio Molinari, a natural person, with address at Via Caselle 6, 26032 Ostiano (CR), Italy. Contact: support@m6i.it.
In these terms “MyDepot”, “I”, and “the service” mean that person. “You” means the person or organisation using the service. If you act for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside a trade or profession. Some clauses below apply only to consumers, or only to other users; that is stated where it matters. Otherwise the clause applies to everyone.
2. What MyDepot is
MyDepot is a web application with authenticated areas, an HTTP API, and MCP tools. Features can differ between the free plan and a future paid plan, and can change as the product evolves.
MyDepot is provided as-is. It does not replace your own judgement or professional advice. API and MCP responses depend on how you use the service and on third-party clients you connect.
3. Account
You need an account to use the authenticated parts of the service. You may register with email and password or with Google Sign-In. Keep credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you show that someone used it without your fault after you told me promptly.
Give accurate details and keep them current. Access may be limited to invitation during early phases of the product. Tell me if you lose access or suspect misuse: support@m6i.it.
You must be at least 16. The service is not offered to children.
4. Free plan and paid plan
Today MyDepot is offered as a free plan. A paid plan with extra functions is expected. Until checkout is live, no subscription fee is charged for ordinary use of the current product.
When paid plans exist:
- prices, duration, and included features will be shown before you pay;
- billing will be handled by a specialised payment provider; MyDepot will not store full card numbers;
- unless the checkout page says otherwise, a subscription will renew for another period of the same length until you cancel;
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, except where the law or the offer says otherwise;
- after a paid plan ends you may keep a free account, without the extra functions.
Promotions, if any, apply only as stated when you take them up. Taxes are those shown at checkout.
5. Consumer withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you buy a paid plan at a distance, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Digital services that start immediately can limit that right if the law allows it and if you were asked to acknowledge the start of performance. The checkout flow will state what applies. This clause does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
6. Google Sign-In and other third parties
Google Sign-In is optional. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your Google account. MyDepot receives only the profile information you authorise for login (email, name, and avatar). If Google changes or withdraws OAuth, sign-in with Google may stop working.
The CLI, API keys, and MCP connections are part of the same service. If you point an assistant or another client at MyDepot, you are responsible for that client. I do not control how that client stores or displays the answers it receives.
Fonts, scripts, and error monitoring loaded from other networks are described in the privacy policy. I am not responsible for the content or availability of those external resources.
7. Acceptable use
Use MyDepot only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. In particular you must not:
- try to break into accounts, APIs, or infrastructure you do not own;
- overload the service, scrape it in an abusive way, or bypass technical limits;
- use it to harm others, to send spam, or to process data you have no right to process;
- treat it as a general archive for highly sensitive categories of data;
- resell the service or present it as your own product without a written agreement.
Data you submit through the API or expose via MCP can be visible to clients you authorise. You decide what you share.
I may suspend or close an account, or refuse a connection, if these terms are broken, if there is a security risk, if a bill is unpaid (once billing exists), or if a public authority requires it.
8. Your content and a limited licence
You keep whatever rights you already have in the data you bring into MyDepot. You grant me a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and transmit that data only as needed to run the service, including backups and support.
You confirm you are allowed to submit that data and that doing so will not violate third-party rights.
9. Intellectual property in MyDepot
The software, interface, name, and documentation of MyDepot remain mine or those of my licensors (including open-source components and illustrations credited on the site). You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the service during your account. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the product beyond what these terms or mandatory law allow.
Feedback you send may be used to improve MyDepot without payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
10. Availability and changes
I aim to keep MyDepot reasonably available. Maintenance, hosting incidents, or changes at Google can cause downtime. The free plan is provided without a service-level commitment. Paid-plan availability, if any is promised, will be stated when that plan is offered.
Features, limits, and these terms can change for technical, legal, or product reasons. The updated text applies from the date on this page. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and ask for the account to be closed. Continued use after the date of change is acceptance, except where the law gives you another way out.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that Italian or EU law does not allow to be limited.
Subject to that, I am not liable for: misuse of the service; data you put in; decisions you take without verifying API or MCP responses; outages at Google, the hosting provider, CDNs, or payment providers; or loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
If you are not a consumer, I am not liable, to the extent the law allows, for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss of data that you could reasonably have exported. Any remaining liability for non-consumers is limited to the amount you paid for MyDepot in the twelve months before the claim, or to fifty euros if you were on the free plan.
If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights stay intact.
12. Closing the account
You may stop using MyDepot at any time. You can delete the account from your profile (Delete account), or by emailing support@m6i.it. I may close or suspend the account in the cases in section 7, or if the product is discontinued, with notice where practical.
On closure, access ends. Data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Paid periods already invoiced are not refunded except where the law or the offer requires it.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. Those pages are separate documents; they complete the picture but are not hidden extra terms of sale.
14. Law and venue
These terms are governed by Italian law.
If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory protections and the venue rules of your country of residence.
If you are not a consumer, the Court of Cremona has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about these terms or the service, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
15. Final points
If a clause is invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right once is not a waiver. These terms, together with the privacy and cookie pages and the information shown at checkout when you pay, are the whole agreement about MyDepot between you and me.
